Terms of use
These terms govern access to OnlyFoune, an accountless paid advertising leaderboard for public creator-profile links.
Nature of the service, rankings and payments
OnlyFoune sells advertising placement value within public rankings. For a new profile, the amount due establishes its eligible placement value. When an eligible value already exists for the same canonical profile, the server takes it into account and charges only the exact additional amount required under the current rules; the eligible value is not paid a second time. Before payment, the customer may expressly select one optional Boost or Super Boost supplement. Its exact dollar amount is added to both the final price and the profile's eligible placement value. No supplement is selected by default, and either choice can be removed or replaced before confirmation. Payment never purchases creator content, a subscription, private access or any third-party service. OnlyFoune does not host, sell or distribute pornographic or sexually explicit content, process payments between visitors and creators, or award any prize, jackpot, property or financial return. A position can be overtaken at any time, including after a Boost or Super Boost.
Age, capacity and permitted use
Only adults who have legal capacity to contract and may lawfully access the linked creator platforms where they live may use the service. The person submitting a profile confirms that the URL, pseudonym, optional biography and optional image can lawfully be supplied for advertising display. No account or profile-ownership claim is created by a submission or payment.
Third-party profiles and platforms
Listings can link to independent services including OnlyFans, MYM, Fansly, Fanvue and ManyVids. OnlyFoune does not control those services, their content, availability, subscriptions or transactions and is not a party to any contract formed there. Platform names, marks and profiles remain the property of their respective owners. A link or rank is paid advertising, not verification, endorsement or affiliation.
Public listing content
Only a supported direct public-profile URL and a public pseudonym are required. A short biography and profile image are optional and are supplied by the submitter; OnlyFoune does not fetch or scrape the submitted profile. Images displayed on OnlyFoune must be non-explicit, lawful and compliant with the content policy. OnlyFoune can reject, remove or replace an image with its neutral brand image.
User obligations and prohibited conduct
Users must not submit content involving or appearing to involve minors, exploitation, trafficking, non-consensual intimate material, credible impersonation, illegality, infringement, fraud, malware, misleading destinations or attempts to evade platform, payment-provider or legal restrictions. Users must not manipulate rankings, automate abusive requests, interfere with the service or use another person's payment method without authorization.
Moderation, reports and cooperation
OnlyFoune may review, hide, freeze, restrict or remove a listing or Hall of Fame appearance to protect people, comply with law, investigate a report, enforce these terms or meet a provider obligation. Anyone can contact or report without an account or payment. Moderation can occur before or after seasonal certification and does not erase the auditable payment ledger.
Intellectual property
OnlyFoune's name, mark, interface, software and original materials are protected. No right is granted except the limited right to use the service under these terms. Submitters retain their lawful rights in supplied material and grant OnlyFoune a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable licence to host, resize, moderate, display and incorporate that material into an on-demand OnlyFoune Post or Story solely to operate and promote the listing until removal, subject to legal retention duties. The sharing tool does not create an OnlyFoune creator account or public profile. The user is responsible for any external publication and for complying with the selected social network's rules. A visual records the rank confirmed when it was generated and does not guarantee that the rank will remain unchanged.
Availability and ranking changes
OnlyFoune may maintain, secure, update or temporarily interrupt the service. Rankings change with eligible settlements, reversals, moderation and time boundaries. Astronomical equinoxes and solstices close a season worldwide at one server-authoritative instant. The final Global top three are archived in the Hall of Fame and carried into the new season at 0 USD under the published platform-compaction rule. A quote is temporary and checkout never reserves a position or a season.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
OnlyFoune provides the paid advertising placement described in these terms but does not guarantee traffic, clicks, followers, subscriptions, engagement, revenue or continued availability of a third-party profile. Nothing excludes liability or consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those mandatory rules, OnlyFoune is not responsible for third-party content, services or transactions or for indirect commercial expectations that were never guaranteed.
Suspension and termination
A user can stop using the service at any time. OnlyFoune may suspend access, placement purchases or a listing where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, moderation, non-payment, reversal or breach. Suspension or removal caused by a user's breach does not automatically create a refund right, without affecting mandatory legal remedies.
Changes to the service or terms
OnlyFoune may update the service and these terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons. The current dated version is published on the Site. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already acquired under mandatory law. A material change affecting a future paid order is presented before that order is confirmed.
Contact, governing law and disputes
Questions and complaints can be sent to [email protected] or through the accountless contact form. French law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Consumers should first contact OnlyFoune so a complaint can be investigated before using any available statutory mediation or court process.
Payment provider: Stripe
Stripe is OnlyFoune’s selected payment service provider for real checkout. Payment-card data is entered in Stripe’s secure interface and is not received or stored in full by OnlyFoune. OnlyFoune receives the transaction reference, status, amount and limited information needed for reconciliation, fraud prevention and support. Depending on the purpose, Stripe may act as OnlyFoune’s processor or as an independent controller under its own privacy terms.
