Privacy information

Data we process

OnlyFoune processes submitted public profile URLs, public pseudonyms, required country codes, optional short biographies and optional non-explicit images; placement and payment ledger references; support and report information supplied by the sender; staff authentication records; click events; and an opaque first-party visitor identifier used for aggregate audience counts and to recall a confirmed placement in the same browser. OnlyFoune does not store full card numbers, scrape submitted profiles, or retain full public-visitor IP addresses as analytics data.

Why we process it

Data is used to publish and rank eligible advertising listings, calculate placement prices, recognize previous placements in the same browser, operate astronomical seasons, certify and publish permanent Hall of Fame podiums, measure aggregate attendance and profile clicks, prevent abuse, moderate optional images, answer requests, secure staff access and reconcile financial events. At the user's request, the public listing image, pseudonym, platform, confirmed rank, active locale and chosen Post or Story format are also used to generate a shareable OnlyFoune visual. OnlyFoune may record minimized sharing events such as opening, downloading or using the device share menu. The browser identifier is random and pseudonymous; it is not an account, an ownership claim or a cross-site advertising identifier.

Retention and requests

The browser identifier and its placement associations are retained for no more than 12 months. Clearing browser data or changing browsers can prevent recognition and creates no right over a profile. Generated sharing visuals may be cached temporarily by format, locale and current listing revision to improve performance and prevent abusive repeated generation; a changed rank, image or relevant listing value produces a new version. Downloading or sharing sends the visual only to the device or third-party service chosen by the user, whose own privacy rules then apply. Hall of Fame podium data is intended to remain public because permanence is part of the purchased service, but lawful correction, objection, safety, copyright and deletion requests remain reviewable. Financial and audit records follow applicable operational, accounting, security and legal retention periods.
